How do I earn points?

You earn points by shopping through Extreme Bargains deals, saving deals to your wishlist, sharing deals, daily check-ins, redeeming promo codes, referring friends, and one-off bonuses like signing up and your first order.

How much do I earn when I shop a deal?

The default is 1 point per £1 spent. Selected Point Booster deals earn up to 5× points — the multiplier shows on the deal card and deal page.

When do shopping points land?

Shopping points are pending until the retailer confirms your order — usually 30–60 days after purchase depending on the retailer's returns window. You'll see them in your ledger as 'Pending' until then.

Check-ins, saves, shares, promo codes and referral joins are instant. Referral bonuses land when your friend completes their first qualifying action.

What is a Point Booster?

Point Boosters are hand-picked deals with a temporary points multiplier (2×–5×). Look for the Booster badge on the deal card and in the Points Center.

What can I spend points on?

Reward vouchers (Amazon, Tesco, Costa and more), prize competitions, and live points auctions. Each has its own page inside the Points Center.

How do competitions work?

Each entry costs a set number of points and gives you a ticket into the draw. Winners are picked at random when the competition closes.

How do points auctions work?

You bid points against other members. When the timer ends, the highest bid wins and only the winner is charged. Losing bids are never deducted.

Do I need a minimum balance to redeem?

Reward vouchers start at 500 points. Competitions start from 50 points per entry. Auctions have no minimum — bid what you like.

Do points expire?

Points stay active as long as you check in or earn at least once every 12 months. Inactive accounts have their balance reset after that.

Can I transfer points to another member?

No — points are tied to your account. Competitions and auctions are open to every member, so you can still play together.

My shopping points haven't landed — what do I do?

Wait until the retailer's returns window closes (usually 30–60 days). If they still haven't landed, contact us from the Help page with your order confirmation and we'll chase the retailer.

Can I cancel a redemption?

Voucher redemptions and competition entries are final once confirmed. Auction bids can be raised but not withdrawn.

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Share your referral code from Account → Referrals. You get 250 points and your friend gets 100 bonus points once they sign up and complete their first qualifying action.
